- 1 (1-inch) smoked ham slice
- 1 tsp. prepared mustard
- 1/4 c. brown sugar
- 1/2 c. drained, unsweetened, cooked dried apricots
- 1 (16 oz.) can crushed pineapple
- 1/4 c. apricot cooked liquid
- 1/4 c. pineapple juice
Directions

1Place ham slice in roasting pan.

2Spread top and sides with mustard and sprinkle with the brown sugar.

3Chop apricots in blender (not too fine).

4Add pineapple and liquids to apricots and mix well.

5Pour over ham.

6Bake at 300° for 1 1/2 hours.
