  • 2 tablespoons dry milk
  • 1 12 tablespoons sugar
  • 1 12 teaspoons salt
  • 2 tablespoons butter
  • 1 cup mixed dried fruit
  • 2 teaspoons fast rise yeast (or 3 tsp active dry yeast)

Directions

    Place all the ingredients into your bread machine pan in the order suggested by your machines manual.

    Mine is we first, dry on top.

    Bake as you would a white bread or sweet bread (depending upon what your machine has).

    Crust setting per your choice.
