Ingredients

  • 1 (6 oz.) pkg. orange Jell-O
  • 2 1/2 c. orange juice
  • 2 Tbsp. lemon juice
  • 1 c. water
  • 1/4 c. sugar
  • 1 can pineapple
  • 3 bananas, sliced
  • 1/2 c. coconut

Directions

    Combine juices and water, bring to a boil.

    Dissolve Jell-O and sugar in liquid.

    Chill until syrupy.

    Add pineapple, sliced bananas and coconut into gelatin mixture.

    Pour into 1-quart mold.

    Chill until firm.
