  • 2 tablespoons extra virgin olive oil
  • 1 grind of fresh ground black pepper
  • for the salsa:
  • 10 kiwi fruit, peeled and diced finely
  • 1 1/2 cups fresh pineapple diced
  • 1 hothouse cucumber chopped into small pieces
  • 3 tablespoons cilantro
  • 1/4 cup of sugar
  • 1/4 cup of white vinegar
  • 1/4 cup of warm water
  • 1/8 cup of light olive oil
