Directions

   Arrange one layer of bacon on bottom of roasting pan or casserole dish.

   Add a layer of raw hamburger.

   Add a layer of sliced potatoes, seasoned with salt and pepper.

   Bake at 350° for 1 hour.

   Remove from oven; add a layer of peas and carrots and rest of bacon.

   Return to oven and bake 45 minutes.
