- 2 1/4 pounds potatoes
- 3 tablespoons olive oil
- 2 garlic cloves
- 7/8 pound tomme de savoie cheese or similar
- salt to taste
- ground black pepper to taste
- 3 tablespoons parsley chopped
Directions

1Peel and wash the potatoes.

2Cut the potatoes into 5 millimeter slices.

3In a stew pot, heat some olive oil, and add the potatoes.

4Cook, stirring constantly.

5Once the potatoes are cooked, peel and crush the garlic cloves.

6Add the garlic to the stew pot, and mix with potatoes.

7Finely cut the Tomme de Savoie cheese and gently mix into the pot.

8Let the cheese melt.

9Add the salt, pepper, and parsley.

10Mix gently.

11Serve warm.
