  • 200 g boiled spaghetti
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil
  • 2 garlic cloves, minced
  • 12 cup boiled sliced truffle
  • 2 tablespoons fresh cream
  • salt
  • pepper
  • 14 cup chopped parsley

Directions

    in a medium pan, heat the oil, fry the minced garlic for a few seconds, add the truffles, cook for a minute, add cream, salt, pepper and parsley, cook for a minute.
