- 1 pkg. semi-sweet chocolate chips
- 2 sticks oleo
- 1 1/2 c. broken pecans
- 1 3/4 c. sugar
- 1 c. flour
- 4 eggs
- 1 tsp. vanilla
Directions

1Melt chips and oleo; add nuts.

2Combine in bowl, flour, sugar, eggs and vanilla.

3Mix well, but do not beat.

4Add chocolate mixture and stir carefully.

5Put into foil paper baking cups that are set into muffin pans.

6These must be baked in paper foil cups. Bake at 325° for 35 minutes.

7Yields 24 cupcakes.

8Cool before serving.

9They have a crunchy top and need to frosting.
