- 1/4 c. finely chopped celery
- 1/4 c. finely chopped red onion
- 2 Tbsp. chopped parsley
- 1/3 c. plain nonfat yogurt
- 1/2 Tbsp. honey
- 1 tsp. lemon juice
- 1 Tbsp. Dijon mustard
- 1/2 tsp. wine and pepper sauce
- 1/2 tsp. Old Bay seasoning
Directions

1Flake fish with fork. Add celery, onion and parsley.

2Combine yogurt, honey, lemon juice, mustard, wine and pepper sauce and Old Bay.
