  • 1 (8 oz.) pkg. fresh mushrooms
  • 1 (9 1/4 oz.) can tuna, packed in water and drained
  • 1 c. fresh or frozen cooked cauliflower
  • 1 tsp. green onions or 1 tsp. onion flakes

Directions

    Mix together ingredients and form into patties.

    Spray pan with Pam or use 2 teaspoons canola or safflower oil and brown patties.
