  • 2 cans (5 Oz. Size) Tuna Fish
  • 2 Tablespoons Mayonnaise
  • 2 Tablespoons Plain Greek Yogurt
  • 1 Tablespoon Dijon Mustard
  • 13 cups Bread Crumbs, Plus Extra For Coating The Patties
  • 2 whole Green Onions
  • Olive Oil, For Cooking The Tuna Cakes

Directions

    Combine drained cans of tuna with mayo, yogurt, mustard, bread crumbs, and onions.

    (You can prepare this however you usually make your tuna fish sandwiches, but these are the main ingredients I used.)

    Form the tuna mixture into four equal-sized patties.

    Top each patty with a sprinkling of more bread crumbs.

    Heat a pan with olive oil, a few turns of the pan.

    Place patty, bread crumb side down, in the hot oil.

    While the patty is browning, top the other side with bread crumbs.

    Cook on each side about four minutes, until the outside is crisp.

    Transfer to a plate and serve with your favorite dipping sauce.
