- 8 oz. medium egg noodles
- 2 Tbsp. butter
- 1 onion, chopped
- 1/2 c. sliced celery
- 10 3/4 oz. can cream of celery soup
- 1 soup can measure of milk
- 6 1/2 oz. tuna, drained
- 2 Tbsp. diced pimento
- 1 c. shredded cheese
Directions

1Cook onion and celery in butter until tender.

2Stir in soup and milk.

3Mix well.

4Remove from heat and add tuna and pimento. Add cooked noodles and 1/2 cup cheese.

5Put mixture into a greased 2-quart casserole dish and bake for 25 minutes at 350°.

6Sprinkle with remaining cheese and bake 5 minutes longer.

7Serves 4 to 6.
