Tuna Casserole

Ingredients

  • 8 oz. medium egg noodles
  • 2 Tbsp. butter
  • 1 onion, chopped
  • 1/2 c. sliced celery
  • 10 3/4 oz. can cream of celery soup
  • 1 soup can measure of milk
  • 6 1/2 oz. tuna, drained
  • 2 Tbsp. diced pimento
  • 1 c. shredded cheese

Directions

    Cook onion and celery in butter until tender.

    Stir in soup and milk.

    Mix well.

    Remove from heat and add tuna and pimento. Add cooked noodles and 1/2 cup cheese.

    Put mixture into a greased 2-quart casserole dish and bake for 25 minutes at 350°.

    Sprinkle with remaining cheese and bake 5 minutes longer.

    Serves 4 to 6.
