  • 2 c. elbow macaroni
  • 1 can tuna (6 1/4 oz.)
  • 1/2 c. mayonnaise
  • 1 c. sliced celery (optional)
  • 1/3 c. onion, chopped
  • 1/4 c. diced green pepper (optional)
  • 1/4 c. chopped red pepper or small jar, drained, pimento (optional)
  • 1 tsp. salt

Directions

    Cook and drain macaroni (until just tender).

    Combine macaroni with drained tuna (sprinkle on a little lemon juice), mayonnaise, vegetables and salt.
