Tuna Cheese Patties

  • 1 can cream of mushroom soup (undiluted)
  • 1 large can tuna, drained
  • 1 c. Triscuits, mashed
  • 1 egg, beaten
  • 2 Tbsp. onion, minced
  • 1/2 c. milk
  • 1 c. shredded Cheddar cheese
  • dash of pepper

Directions

    Add the milk to mushroom soup to make like gravy consistency. Divide gravy in 1/2, reserving 1/2 of it with egg, onion, Triscuits and pepper.

    Add tuna to this mixture.

    Shape into 6 patties.

    Bake 20 minutes; remove from oven.

    Stir together the remaining 1/2 of gravy and cheese.

    Pour over hot tuna patties. Return to oven for 15 minutes.
