- 1 can cream of mushroom soup (undiluted)
- 1 large can tuna, drained
- 1 c. Triscuits, mashed
- 1 egg, beaten
- 2 Tbsp. onion, minced
- 1/2 c. milk
- 1 c. shredded Cheddar cheese
- dash of pepper
Directions

1Add the milk to mushroom soup to make like gravy consistency. Divide gravy in 1/2, reserving 1/2 of it with egg, onion, Triscuits and pepper.

2Add tuna to this mixture.

3Shape into 6 patties.

4Bake 20 minutes; remove from oven.

5Stir together the remaining 1/2 of gravy and cheese.

6Pour over hot tuna patties. Return to oven for 15 minutes.
