  • 1 (9-inch) pie shell, baked or crumble saltines in bottom of pie plate
  • 1 can tuna
  • 1 c. (4 oz.) shredded Swiss or American cheese
  • 1/2 c. chopped onion
  • 3 eggs
  • 1 c. mayonnaise
  • 1/2 c. milk

Directions

    In large bowl, toss tuna, cheese and onion; spoon into pie shell.

    In bowl, stir together eggs, mayonnaise and milk.

    Slowly pour over tuna mixture.

    Bake at 375° for 50 minutes or until knife inserted in the center comes out clean.
