- 1/2 onion
- 2 Tbsp. butter or margarine
- 2 to 4 peeled, diced potatoes
- water
- salt to taste
- 1 can water-packed tuna
- 2 c. milk
- 1 tsp. butter
- saltines or oyster crackers
Directions

1Saute onion in butter.

2Add potatoes. Cover with water, salt to taste and boil until potatoes are tender.

3Add tuna, cook until hot.

4Add milk and butter.

5Cook until butter melts.

6Serve with saltines or oyster crackers.
