- 2 (13 oz.) cans light tuna, drained
- 3 c. broccoli, chopped
- 1 large onion, chopped
- 1 clove garlic, minced
- 1 Tbsp. sherry
- 3 Tbsp. butter
- 1 tsp. salt
- 1 tsp. basil
- 4 Tbsp. flour
- 14 oz. chicken broth
- 1 to 2 c. fresh sliced mushrooms
- 1 qt. half and half
Directions

1Saute broccoli, onion and garlic in 2 tablespoons butter until broccoli is crisp.

2Add sherry, butter, salt, basil and flour. Mix and melt.

3Add chicken broth.

4Stir in mushrooms and simmer 15 minutes.

5Add half and half and warm to serve.
