Tuna Chowder

Ingredients

  • 1 can tuna (water or oil)
  • 4 large potatoes
  • 1 can creamed corn
  • 1 large onion, chopped
  • 1 Tbsp. parsley flakes
  • 1 can tomato soup
  • 1 c. grated Velveeta cheese
  • salt and pepper to taste

Directions

    Peel and dice potatoes. Boil potatoes, onions, parsley flakes, salt and pepper until tender.

    Flake tuna from can with fork.

    Add canned corn and tomato soup; cook another 5 minutes. Add cheese and stir until well mixed.

    Really great with hot biscuits.
