- 1 can tuna (water or oil)
- 4 large potatoes
- 1 can creamed corn
- 1 large onion, chopped
- 1 Tbsp. parsley flakes
- 1 can tomato soup
- 1 c. grated Velveeta cheese
- salt and pepper to taste
Directions

1Peel and dice potatoes. Boil potatoes, onions, parsley flakes, salt and pepper until tender.

2Flake tuna from can with fork.

3Add canned corn and tomato soup; cook another 5 minutes. Add cheese and stir until well mixed.

4Really great with hot biscuits.
