- 1 tsp. salt
- 4 1/2 tsp. flour
- 3 dashes Tabasco
- 3 Tbsp. water
- 5 c. milk
- 2 Tbsp. butter
- 2 (6 1/2 oz.) cans chunk light tuna
Directions

1Mix salt, flour, Tabasco and water in a large saucepan. Gradually stir in milk and butter.

2Drain all oil from only 1 can of tuna.

3Add both cans tuna to milk mixture.

4Heat over medium heat, stirring frequently, until hot.

5Turn off heat, cover pan and let pan remain on burner for 10 minutes.

6Makes 4 to 5 servings.
