  • 5/8 pound canned tuna drained
  • 2 tablespoons low-fat mayonnaise
  • 1 jalapeno chili finely chopped
  • salt
  • ground black pepper
  • 2 loaves small ciabatta
  • lettuce leaves
  • tomato sliced
  • onion sliced
  • pickles sliced

Directions

    Mix the tuna with the mayonnaise and chili. Season with salt and pepper to taste.

    Cut the bread in half and warm on both sides.

    Plate the bottom half of the bread and the rest of the ingredients in this order: lettuce, tuna, tomato slices, onion slices, pickles, and then add the top half of the bread. Serve.
