- 1/4 c. chopped onions
- 2 Tbsp. low-fat mayonnaise
- 1 tsp. Dijon mustard
- 1/2 tsp. curry powder
- 1 banana, sliced
- 4 slices pumpernickel or rye bread
- 4 cucumber slices
Directions

1In medium bowl combine tuna, onions, mayonnaise, mustard and curry powder.

3Spread the mixture on 2 slices of the bread.
