Ingredients

  • 2 (6 1/2 oz.) cans tuna (water packed)
  • 26 unsalted saltines
  • 1 Tbsp. margarine
  • egg substitute (equal to 2 eggs)
  • 2 Tbsp. minced green pepper
  • 1/4 tsp. Worcestershire sauce (low salt)
  • 1 (6 oz.) can V-8 juice (low salt)
  • 1 Tbsp. minced onion

Directions

    Preheat oven to 350°.

    Oil a 1-quart loaf pan.

    Combine the tuna, saltines, margarine, eggs, onion, green pepper, Worcestershire sauce and juice.

    Mix well (use food processor if you wish).

    Press into loaf pan and bake for about 35 minutes. Serves 4.
