  • olive oil to taste
  • 2 onions medium, slices
  • 4 garlic cloves slices
  • 1/2 red pepper cut in strips
  • 3 sprigs coriander
  • 6 tuna fillets
  • salt to taste
  • lemon juice to taste
  • 2 tablespoons tomato paste
  • french fries

Directions

    Heat a large and deep pan with olive oil, add the onion, garlic, tomato, bell pepper, and coriander.

    When mixture starts to boil, add the tuna fillets, and season with salt, lemon juice, and tomato paste. Lower heat, cover the pan, and cook for about 10 minutes. Turn the fillets over, and cook for another 5 minutes.

    While the tuna cooks, fry the French fries.

    Serve hot.
