  • 2 c. flour
  • 3 tsp. baking powder
  • 1 tsp. salt
  • 1/3 c. oil
  • 2/3 c. milk
  • 2 cans tuna
  • 2 small eggs
  • 1 c. celery soup
  • 3 Tbsp. fresh parsley, chopped

Directions

    Mix dough together using flour, baking powder, salt, oil and milk.

    Roll out for size of jelly roll pan.

    Mix filling together (tuna, eggs, soup and parsley).

    Spread filling over all dough. Roll up dough and seal ends.

    Make into circle or semi-circle on jelly roll pan.

    Bake at 400° for 25 minutes or until brown.

    Cut and serve hot.
