Tuna Loaf

Ingredients

  • 2 (7 oz.) cans tuna, drained and flaked
  • 10 to 12 slices white bread, torn in small bits
  • 1 can Campbell's cream of celery soup
  • 2 lightly beaten eggs
  • 2 Tbsp. minced onion

Directions

    Mix all ingredients together. Pack in lightly buttered loaf pan (a bread pan is a good size).

    Bake in 350° oven about one hour, until the top is lightly browned.

    Unmold and serve with Quick Cream Sauce.
