- 1 egg
- 2 cans tuna, drained
- 1/2 c. chopped onion
- 1/2 c. shredded cheese
- 1 tsp. celery salt
- 1/4 tsp. pepper
- 2 c. Bisquick
- 1/2 c. cold water
Directions

1Beat egg slightly.

2Set aside 2 tablespoons of egg.

3Stir together tuna, onion, cheese, salt and pepper with remaining egg. Stir baking mix and water into soft dough.

4Knead on floured surface.

5Roll into rectangle and spread with tuna mixture.

6Fold dough over tuna and press edges together.

7Make slits across top of flat loaf.

8Brush tops and sides with reserved egg.

9Bake 25 to 30 minutes in 375° oven.
