Ingredients
- 2 (7 oz.) cans tuna, drained and flaked
- 2 eggs, beaten
- 1/2 c. finely chopped green pepper
- 1/4 c. finely chopped onion
- 1/8 tsp. pepper
- 2 Tbsp. melted margarine
- 1 1/2 c. soft bread crumbs
- 1/4 c. milk
- 1 c. finely chopped celery
- 1 tsp. salt
- 1/8 tsp. cayenne pepper
- 2 Tbsp. lemon juice
Directions

1Mix all ingredients well.

2Spoon into a greased loaf pan. Bake in 375° oven until firm and lightly browned (about 45 minutes).

3Unmold and serve hot, plain or with mushroom sauce or chilled and sliced for salad.
