  • 3 tbsp mayonnaise
  • 1/4 tsp cumin
  • 1 dash Accent
  • 1 tsp fresh chopped cilantro
  • 1/4 tsp paprika
  • 1/2 tsp fresh ground black pepper
  • 1/4 tsp HERBAL Pizza and Pasta MAGIC ( CHEF PAUL PRUDHOMME'S)
  • 1/4 tsp garlic powder
  • 3 can tuna (in water , 5oz.)
  • 1/2 Roma tomato
  • 2 each green onions
  • 1/4 tsp onion powder
  • 3 boiled eggs
  • 1 tbsp grated parmesan cheese
  • 8 slice bread
  • 8 slice provolone with smoke flavor

    preheat oven to 400F

    slice green onions in thin slices

    cut Roma tomato into 4 - 5 sections length wise and cut into thin slices

    chop cilantro
  5. 5
    cut boiled eggs in half lengthwise then into slices

    combine ingredients for mixture

    put mixture on bread slices ( I remove the crust first )

    cover with provolone slices

    lightly sprinkle parmesan on top

    put on baking sheet and put in oven for 4-5 minutes or until desired crispness of bread is reached

    you're only baking to melt the cheese and toast the bread
