Tuna Pate

Ingredients

  • 2 (8 oz.) cream cheese (softened)
  • 1 (6 1/2 oz.) can water packed tuna, drained
  • 1/4 c. chili sauce, taco sauce, or salsa
  • 2 Tbsp. dried minced onion (optional)
  • assorted crackers

Directions

    Line a 3-cup bowl with clear plastic wrap, set aside.

    In medium mixing bowl, combine all ingredients except crackers. Transfer mixture to the prepared bowl.

    Cover and refrigerate overnight ( or at least several hours).

    To serve, let stand at room temperature 30 minutes.

    Unmold pate onto serving plate. Remove plastic wrap.

    Serve with assorted crackers.

    Makes 2 1/2 cups.
