Ingredients
- 2 (8 oz.) cream cheese (softened)
- 1 (6 1/2 oz.) can water packed tuna, drained
- 1/4 c. chili sauce, taco sauce, or salsa
- 2 Tbsp. dried minced onion (optional)
- assorted crackers
Directions

1Line a 3-cup bowl with clear plastic wrap, set aside.

2In medium mixing bowl, combine all ingredients except crackers. Transfer mixture to the prepared bowl.

3Cover and refrigerate overnight ( or at least several hours).

4To serve, let stand at room temperature 30 minutes.

5Unmold pate onto serving plate. Remove plastic wrap.

6Serve with assorted crackers.

7Makes 2 1/2 cups.
