- 2 (6 1/2 or 7 oz.) cans tuna in water
- 1 small onion, sliced
- 1/2 c. diced celery
- 1 (10 oz.) pkg. frozen mixed vegetables, thawed
- 1/2 tsp. salt
- dash of pepper
- 3 c. cooked rice
Directions

1Place tuna (drained) in saucepan.

2Add onion, celery and mixed vegetables.

3Sprinkle with salt and pepper.

4Cook, stirring occasionally, until vegetables are tender, but not brown.

5Add rice; mix.

6Heat to serving temperature, stirring constantly. Makes 6 servings.
