Ingredients

  • One mango, peeled and chopped
  • 2 teaspoons ginger, minced
  • 1 pound sushi grade tuna, cubed
  • Juice of 2 limes
  • 1/4 teaspoon garlic-chili paste
  • 1 Tablespoon seasoned rice vinegar
  • 1 Tablespoon soy sauce
  • 1 avocado, cubed

Directions

    Combine all ingredients in a bowl, being sure to add avocado last and stir only once or twice to avoid bruising. Sometimes I add some chopped cilantro -- or a little basil or mint. Feel free to add more heat with extra chili paste.

    Serve with either tortilla chips or plaintain chips.
