- One mango, peeled and chopped
- 2 teaspoons ginger, minced
- 1 pound sushi grade tuna, cubed
- Juice of 2 limes
- 1/4 teaspoon garlic-chili paste
- 1 Tablespoon seasoned rice vinegar
- 1 Tablespoon soy sauce
- 1 avocado, cubed
Directions

1Combine all ingredients in a bowl, being sure to add avocado last and stir only once or twice to avoid bruising. Sometimes I add some chopped cilantro -- or a little basil or mint. Feel free to add more heat with extra chili paste.

2Serve with either tortilla chips or plaintain chips.
