- 1 deep dish pie crust shell
- 6 1/2 oz. can tuna, drained
- 1 1/2 c. Swiss cheese, grated
- 1/2 c. onion, finely chopped
- 2 eggs, beaten
- 1 c. evaporated milk
- 1 Tbsp. lemon juice
- 1 tsp. chives
- 3/4 tsp. garlic salt
- 1/2 tsp. salt
- 1/8 tsp. pepper
Directions

1Preheat oven to 450°.

2Thaw pie crust as package directs. Prick bottom and sides with fork.

3Bake on cookie sheet 5 minutes. Remove from oven.

4Distribute tuna over bottom of pastry shell. Sprinkle cheese and onion over tuna.

5Beat together eggs, milk, lemon juice and seasonings.

6Pour over tuna mixture.

7Bake on cookie sheet 15 minutes.

8Reduce oven to 350° and bake an additional 12 to 15 minutes or until top is golden.

9Serves 6.
