  • 2 large cans tuna
  • 1 small onion
  • 1 celery stalk
  • 1 small green pepper
  • 2 boiled eggs
  • 1/2 c. sweet mixed pickles
  • 3/4 to 1/2 c. mayonnaise
  • salt
  • pepper
  • parsley flakes

Directions

    Drain tuna.

    Dice onion, celery and green pepper.

    Chop the boil eggs.

    Mix all the ingredients and add seasoning to taste. Place in refrigerator for about 2 hours before serving.
