  • 3 potatoes diced
  • 2 carrots sliced
  • 2 eggs
  • 3 cans tuna
  • 1/2 package crab
  • 1 tomato firm
  • 1/2 package frozen corn
  • 1/3 package frozen peas

    In a large saucepan, cook potatoes and carrots in plenty of boiling water until tender.

    Remove from heat, drain and cool. In a separate pan, boil eggs.

    Drain tuna well.

    Cut crab into slices.

    Cut tomato into cubes.

    In a bowl, gently mix all ingredients except eggs.

    Slice hard-boiled eggs.

    To serve, arrange salad on plates and garnish with hard-boiled eggs.
