  • 1/2 c. canned tuna
  • 1/2 c. cooked macaroni
  • 1 Tbsp. celery, diced
  • 1 tsp. mayonnaise
  • 1 tsp. minced pimento
  • 1/8 tsp. salt
  • pepper to taste

    Mix ingredients together lightly with a fork.

    Place in a lettuce cup and garnish with 1/2 hard-cooked egg.
