Tuna Salad

Ingredients

  • 1 can solid pack tuna
  • 1 small rib celery
  • 1 small onion
  • 1/2 green or red pepper
  • 4 gherkin pickles (sweet)
  • 1 Tbsp. pickle juice
  • salt and pepper
  • mayonnaise

Directions

    Drain tuna and place in bowl.

    Chop vegetables as small as you can.

    Chop gherkins a little bigger; add all to tuna and mix well. Add salt and pepper and juice.

    Mix.

    Add enough mayonnaise to moisten.

    Put in refrigerator 2 hours.

    Mix and serve.
