- 1 can Canned tuna
- 1/2 Onion
- 2 bunches Mizuna greens
- 1 Shredded nori seaweed
- 1 Wasabi
- 3 tbsp Chinese chicken stock powder
- 1 Butter
- 1 tbsp Soy sauce
Directions

1Fry the tuna and onion in the oil from the tuna can, and add butter for fragrance.

2Add 5 ladles full of the pasta boiling water and the stock powder.

3Add the mizuna and boil until wilted.

4Add 1 tablespoon of soy sauce.

5If the flavour is too weak, add a little more.

6You can add white wine too, if you'd like.

7Transfer the boiled pasta to serving plates, and pour the soup on top.

8There's no need to mix or stir-fry everything in the frying pan.

9Top with some shredded nori and wasabi to finish Mix everything well on the plates, and enjoy.
