- 2 cans tuna, drained
- 1 can cream of mushroom soup
- 1 (3 or 4 oz.) can sliced mushrooms with liquid
- 1/2 c. sour cream
- 1 Tbsp. chopped parsley (optional)
- cooked noodles or rice
Directions

1Combine tuna, soup and mushrooms in casserole dish.

2Cook on Full power for 6 to 8 minutes or until mixture is heated through and bubbling.

3Stir twice during cooking time.

4Stir in sour cream.

5Garnish with parsley and serve over noodles or rice as desired.
