Ingredients

  • 1 1/3 c. flour
  • 2 tsp. baking powder
  • 1/2 tsp. salt
  • 1/4 c. salad oil
  • 1/2 c. milk
  • 7 oz. drained tuna or ham, chicken or salmon
  • 1/2 c. celery, chopped
  • 1 Tbsp. chopped onion
  • 1/4 c. mayonnaise
  • 1/4 tsp. salt
  • 1 tsp. lemon juice

Directions

    Mix oil and 1/2 cup milk together.

    Add to dry ingredients. Stir with fork until it cleans sides of bowl.

    Roll between sheets of wax paper into an oblong shape, 1/4-inch thick.

    Mix tuna, mayonnaise, celery, onion and 1/4 teaspoon salt.

    Spread filling over dough.

    Roll up beginning with wide side.

    Seal by pinching edges.

    Bake 15 to 20 minutes at 450°.

    Serve with a cheese sauce.
