Tupperware Pie Crust

Ingredients

  • 3 c. flour
  • 1 tsp. salt
  • 1 1/4 c. shortening (room temperature)
  • 1 egg
  • 1 Tbsp. vinegar
  • 5 Tbsp. ice water

Directions

    Put first 3 ingredients in a medium mixing bowl, seal and shake until coarse crumbs.

    Remove seal.

    Add egg (break the yolk), vinegar and ice water.

    Shake again until it is a ball of dough.

    (May be mixed in a bowl as regular pie crust.)

    Makes 3 to 4 crusts.
