  • 12 tablespoon olive oil
  • 1 onion, chopped
  • 4 garlic cloves, minced
  • 1 teaspoon fresh thyme
  • 13 cup soymilk
  • 2 eggs
  • 14 cup ketchup
  • 1 cup breadcrumbs
  • 12 teaspoon pepper
  • 12 kg ground turkey
  • 14 kg ground beef
  • 12 cup ketchup
  • 2 tablespoons orange juice
  • 2 tablespoons soy sauce
  • 1 tablespoon finely grated fresh ginger
  • 2 tablespoons brown sugar

Directions

    Heat oil and cook onion until soft, about 5 minutes.

    Add garlic and thyme and cook 1 minute more; set aside.

    Combine soy milk, egg, and ketchup.

    Stir in bread crumbs, salt, and pepper.

    Crumble in meats and add onion mixture.

    Form into loaf and place in baking dish.
