- 2 c. diced turkey
- 1/2 c. diced ham (I prefer 3/4 to 1 c.)
- 1/4 c. green pepper, chopped
- 1/4 c. sliced pimento (2 oz.)
- 1 Tbsp. finely chopped onion
- 1 (8 oz.) can water chestnuts
- 1 (10 1/2 oz.) can cream of mushroom soup
- 1/8 tsp. celery salt
- 1/4 c. chicken or turkey broth
- 1 1/2 c. sharp Cheddar cheese (more if desired)
