  • 2 teaspoons olive oil
  • 1 lb ground turkey
  • 1 medium apple, peeled cored and shredded
  • 34 teaspoon dried sage
  • 18 teaspoon pepper
  • 3 whole wheat pita bread, cut in 1/2

Directions

    In a large skillet, heat oil and cook turkey until lightly browned.

    Add apple, sage and pepper and cook, stirring often for 4-5 minutes.

    Divide turkey into 6 portions.
