  • 1/2 cups Cranberry Sauce
  • 4 slices Whole Wheat Raisin Bread
  • 4 slices Swiss Cheese (or Provolone)
  • 2 slices Honeycrisp Apple
  • 1 cup Shredded Turkey
  • 1/2 cups Red Onion, Sliced
  • 1/2 cups Sprouts

Directions

    Spread cranberry sauce on each slice of raisin bread.

    Top 2 slices of bread with cheese, apple, turkey, onion, and sprouts.

    Add another slice of cheese to the whole shebang and finish with the remaining slices of bread.

    Heat a cast iron skillet over medium high heat.

    Spray with cooking spray and place sandwiches on skillet.

    Let cook about 3 minutes per side, until crispy and browning with cheese melting.

    Flip over and cook for 3 minutes on other side.

    Slice in half and enjoy with crunchy potato chips!
