  • 1 lb. ground turkey
  • 1 small onion
  • 1 tsp. sage
  • 2 Tbsp. soy sauce
  • 2/3 c. rice
  • 1 can cream of celery soup or cream of mushroom soup
  • 1/2 can water
  • chow mein noodles

Directions

    Brown turkey, onion, sage and soy sauce. Add rice, soup and water. Bake at 350° for 1 hour, covered. Check for dryness and add water if necessary. Add noodles and bake, uncovered, for a few minutes.
