- 6 slice turkey bacon
- 3 eggs
- 3 thin slices of tomato
- 1 cheese, your own preference and quantity
- 1 salt
- 1 black pepper
- 1 basil
Directions

1Preheat oven to 375

2You'll be using a cupcake baking dish, and use 3 slots only.

3In each slot, use 2 slices of turkey bacon.

41st slice will go around the edges, keeping close to the bottom.

5The 2nd slice will be cut in half, and used to cross on the bottom like an X.

6Covering as much gap as you can.

7This will create a cup.

8Crack an egg into each turkey cup.

9Top each with a thin slice of tomato

10Top with cheese.

11Sprinkle salt, pepper, and basil to taste.

12Bake for approximately 20 to 23 minutes depending on how soft you like your eggs.

13Use a spoon to gently scoop out your cups.
