- 5 to 6 lb. turkey breast
- 2 Tbsp. unsalted butter
- 1/4 tsp. pepper
- 1/2 c. dry white wine
- 1/2 tsp. paprika
- 1/2 tsp. salt
- 2 minced green onions
- 1/2 to 1 c. chicken stock
Directions

1Preheat oven to 350°.

2Rub butter on skin.

3Season with paprika, salt and pepper.

4Scatter onions over all sides.

5Put turkey in roasting pan.

6Pour wine and broth in bottom of pan (1/2 inch liquid in bottom).

7Roast about 1 1/2 hours until 160° to 165° on meat thermometer or until liquid runs clear.

8Baste during roasting.
