Turkey Casserole

  • 1 (8 oz.) carton sour cream
  • 2 cans cream of mushroom soup or cream of chicken soup
  • 1 small can sliced mushrooms
  • about 1 lb. chopped turkey breast (or more)
  • 1 pkg. Ritz crackers
  • 1 stick margarine

Directions

    Mix sour cream, soup and mushrooms.

    Place chopped turkey in bottom of 9 x 13-inch pan and pour mixture over.

    Crumble crackers over top.

    Melt butter and pour over crackers.

    Bake at 350° until crackers are browned (about 30 minutes).
