Turkey Casserole

Ingredients

  • 2 c. scalded milk
  • 1 tsp. salt
  • 1/3 c. melted butter
  • 1 to 1 1/2 c. grated cheese
  • 2 c. soft bread crumbs
  • 2 c. turkey, diced
  • 2 1/2 c. cooked noodles
  • 6 eggs, well beaten
  • 1 small onion
  • cream of chicken soup

Directions

    Melt together milk, salt, butter and cheese.

    Add bread crumbs, turkey, noodles, egg and onion.

    Mix all together.

    Grease a 9 x 13-inch pan.

    Bake 350° for 1 hour.

    Cut into squares to serve. Serve with cream of chicken soup diluted with 1/2 can of milk.
