  • 1 (3 oz.) pkg. cream cheese, softened
  • 2 Tbsp. butter, softened
  • 2 c. chopped turkey
  • 1/8 tsp. pepper
  • 1 pkg. frozen chopped spinach
  • 1 pie shell
  • 2 Tbsp. milk

Directions

    Cook spinach; drain and set aside.

    Combine cream cheese and butter; beat on medium speed until smooth.

    Add milk; beat until smooth.

    Stir in pepper, turkey and spinach.

    Spoon into pie crust; cover with crust and bake at 350° for 30 to 40 minutes.
